Services

There are five global themes with additional three themes are introduced by Lions Clubs International to perform service activities in our society.

Diabetes

The International Diabetes Federation reports that 1 in 2 people with diabetes are undiagnosed. Lions recognise the needs of the world and serve our communities for a better future.

Vision

Ever since Helen Keller inspired us to champion the cause in 1925, we’ve served and advocated for the blind and visually impaired. Nearly a century later, this long-standing mission continues unhindered.

Childhood Cancer

Lions provide support for the needs of children and families affected by childhood cancer through impactful service activities. Lions provide support for the needs of children and families affected by childhood cancer through impactful service activities.

Hunger

We serve to improve human flourishing. We see how the global hunger and nutrition crisis bears upon our local communities, and believe true community improvement depends on the thriving of its members.

Environment

The earth sustains human life. We’ve seen how our stewardship of natural resources can improve quality of life and increase engagement in our local communities. Our environment is more than a background: it’s our home. And we’re committed to caring for it.

Disaster Relief

Whenever and wherever disaster strikes, Lions are often among the first to offer aid. LCIF is ready to support their efforts with funding assistance through global disaster relief programs.

Youth

LCIF improves access to quality education, vital health services, and positive youth development for young people around the world. Lions Quest, LCIF’s signature youth education program, is a social emotional learning curriculum which gives students the skills to navigate life and prevent bullying and substance abuse.

Humanitarian

The humanitarian efforts of Lions have been notable and celebrated for more than 100 years. Working together, Lions identify the world’s most crucial needs and LCIF supports them in their efforts to provide humanitarian aid where it’s needed most.
